Beyoncé:

Beyoncé: One is not born a leader, but becomes one
She is the epitome of a great leader. Beyoncé writes her own songs, lends her voice to her battles, and leads a career as a singer, actress and entrepreneur, without putting her personal life with Jay-Z on hold.
But can we call the leadership of the author of "Crazy in Love" and "Single Ladies" "feminine"? Is leadership gendered? Why do we compare Queen B to men and never the other way around? Was Beyoncé a born leader, or did she become one?
To find out, Kevin Erkeletyan turned the microphone over to another Wonderwoman, but on the research stage: Stéphanie Chassério, professor and director of the Globalisation Academy at SKEMA Business School. Her work focuses in particular on women's careers. Let us be enlightened by the halo of her knowledge.
