The M2/MSc in Research in Management and Innovation not only equipped me with the solid foundation to become a successful Ph.D. candidate at VU Amsterdam but also provided me with opportunities to collaborate with our prestigious professors and amazing classmates from diversified backgrounds. Attending the cutting-edge seminars was crucial for me to develop critical thinking and public speaking skills. After I started my Ph.D. projects with supervisors, I came to realize that the M2/MSc program has trained me efficiently to become an independent junior researcher.
